Senate Bill 30 Report: Am. S.B. 30 requires LSC to estimate of cost to school districts of each school law that is enacted during the preceding two calendar years. In addition to estimating the aggregate cost to all school districts of each law, LSC must estimate the cost of each law on a per pupil basis, per school basis, per school district basis, or on another basis that LSC determine to be most appropriate and useful.
